Our Customers
At CraftWorld, every customer who buys something gets a Freepost card
to send in with the answers to some questions about such things as service,
friendliness, promptness and the selection, variety and quality of the
products.
One of the questions is: How could CraftWorld improve?

you a 10." ELT, Otahuhu
Our Vendors
"I
used to do the rounds of the craft shows which took up a lot of time,
and the galleries where markups of up to 150% were added. It's a huge
relief to hand over the selling side of things to someone else. It works
well because they're well organised and provide a good service."
Peter Plumb, Greenstone and Bone Carver
